Terms of use

In simple English:

-You agree to upload material which does not infringe copyright law of your country in any way.

-You offer Disc Shelf a non-exclusive license to display your albums which include cover graphics and audio recordings. Making your albums available at Disc Shelf allows you to sign contracts, sell music and remove it from Disc Shelf at any time - in other words, absolutely no restrictions.

-Disc Shelf will not be using your albums other than displaying them on www.disc-shelf.com No broadcasting, promotion and usage of your work in any commercial or non-commercial ways whatsoever. In other words, we offer you this space to display your albums and we will not do anything with them. However, the ability to embed albums means that anyone can take your album and embed it in their blog or website, just like a YouTube video, so you are adviced to leave your band name on the album cover as no band name will appear above the album like it does on Disc Shelf.

-If the copyright holder finds the material on this website which was displayed without his permission, he should first contact the person in question. If the person does not respond or his contacts are not available or he does not wish to settle the matter, the copyright holder then contacts Disc Shelf administration and we will either remove the album with copyright infringing material or even remove the whole account.
